My Husband is an Alcoholic

My husband is being charged with a Chicago DUI. This is actually very embarrassing for me. Because my husband is a truck driver, he is most likely going to end up losing his job. I have told him on numerous occasions that if he ever gets caught drinking and driving, our marriage is over. I guess that this means that it is time for me to begin searching for a divorce attorney as well. He has proven himself to be an alcoholic.
