I was watching a show the other day about people looking to purchase homes and was really amazed at what I saw. The first home that they looked at was a sunny isles foreclosure and the price that was being asked for was very affordable. The only issue was the previous homeowner decided to do some remodeling, but did not finish in time. All the materials were still there, so they couple decided to purchase the home for themselves. I wish I was able to see the finished product.
