Canaries and Aviaries
October 11th, 2010 by admin
We just had a canary a couple of weeks ago and we are still undecided to where we will put it. We are considering having a little cage for it but one of my friend who is also a veterinarian says small cages are not suitable for canary or any birds for that matter. This only restricts their flying and the environment does not simulate in any way when you cage a bird inside a tight cage. He then asked us to take a look at aviaries.
Aviaries are bigger than the typical cages you see in most homes. These aviaries have really huge space, so your bird can move and fly freely and it simulates a little bit the environments they once lived in.
With canaries, for example, have a pair instead of having just one caged in aviaries. This way, both canaries will not feel alone. When you have built a canary for your birds, make sure to take a good look at hook that protrudes the cage. If you bird lands on them, it might get injured. You can also put little plants inside so it will look exactly like a place where they lived before. But be careful with other birds, especially the keeps and budgies as they usually make a mess in a bird’s nest.
Now, we are planning to build our own aviary and we plan in putting it outside our house so when people pass by, they will take notice of them easily.

UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE
September 28th, 2010 by admin
Educationally, you express thots with alphabet, words, sentences, verbally. Innate knows no words or alphabets; does not speak Latin, Greek, French, German, Polish, Russian, English, Chinese, or Japanese. Your languages come and go, live and die. Innate’s thinking lives on, always THE SAME, in millions of people, millions of years, regardless of color, creed, or country. IT never dies. Innate thinks universal series of thots; speaks universal language, regardless of geography; proves thots by actions, motions, functions, in all people all the time—bipeds and quadrupeds alike.
That is WHAT makes CHIROPRACTIC an applied UNIVERSAL law. Innate has builded ALL people alike, regardless of race, color, geography, regardless of multitude of variable thots on which they educationally differ. Backbones are backbones, subluxations are subluxations, interferences are interferences, adjustments are adjustments, sicknesses are sicknesses, health is health to all alike. This INTERNAL law of life, sickness, death, and restoration of life and health IS universal—biped or quadruped. There is no French subluxation or Russian adjustment, separating one from other.
Our educated recognition that Innate IS a personality, thinking greater, qualified expressions than the educated personality is what makes it possible for US to be of greater service to mankind. Majority admit YOUR personality and usually deny or ignore Innate within also being one such. Why? Neither has face, form, figure, function, except as each expresses in action what IT thinks, thru matter. We think WE KNOW education does. Logically WE CAN admit Innate does the same, in same way. Self-preservation is the first law of Innate.

Wedding Invitation Embossing Examples
September 22nd, 2010 by admin
Even though you’ve to remain on your budget for the wedding preparation, choosing embossed wedding invitation cards would not truly add extra charges for your wedding expenses, in fact, it can even give further details and attraction for your invites.
Embossed wedding invitations have remained well-liked for many years. Embossing adds detail to a wedding invitation without becoming over powering. Printers who specialize in this sort of printing could have a range of embossing dies available which includes various typefaces. It is possible to commission your personal design, on the other hand, this is a lot more high-priced as a new die will should be made. When commissioning your design be prepared for the printer to recommend changes. Fine lines and details don’t come out well with this printing process so the printer may possibly recommend that you decide on a less intricate design.
One more way to personalize your wedding invites with out spending extra income is by using your monograms as a motif for your design. As said previously most printers could have embossing letters available for that reason new dies will not should be made. Alternatively it is possible to decide on a straightforward postcard style design and have the entire wedding invitation text embossed onto the card.
If you are on a spending budget an excellent idea is to look on-line for embossed wedding stationery wedding invitation examples. There are various pre-designed cards that contain embossing detail, from straightforward borders to intricate celtic patterns.
Embossing can also be combined with hot foil. A sheet of foil is placed between the die along with the sheet of card. This process creates both a foiled and embossed design. Foil comes in many different colours which includes special effect foil just like holographic. on the other hand, most commonly applied on wedding invites is gold and silver foil. The foil itself can have a shiny or satin finish to it. Again many online stores supply wedding stationery that takes benefit of both embossing and hot foil.

Father of the Bride Speeches should Primarily Focus the Bride
September 20th, 2010 by admin
Writing Father of the Bride Speeches can be tough business if you’re overly absorbed with perfection. Remember that it’s the feelings behind the words that count, and even a horribly stuttered speech, with simple dialogue, can bring people to tears (the good kind). Remember to write for your daughter, maintain her as the focus of the speech. Mention childhood experiences that would bring to light how endearing she is to you, and mention quirks that make her a unique character amongst all the other daughters in the world. A key to delivering the final speech from the father of the bride is to not think about yourself, but to think about your daughter. Even if you get lost in the speech, it should be easy enough to come up with material to talk about if she’s the focus. Simply remember that the focus is not to give great father of the bride speeches, but to add to your daughter’s wedding day with your presence.
Although you would want to build your father of the bride speech around your daughter, the bride, it is customary and good etiquette that you also mention the groom with equal importance. This will not only make a lot of good to the relation you share with your son-in-law but also make you daughter around and happy at the same time. Another good idea is to present a father of the bride speech on behalf of you and your wife, the mother of the bride.
These simple tips should make any father of the bride speech memorable.

Novel Ways To Announce A New Baby
September 18th, 2010 by admin
Parents are always delighted with a new baby and want to tell the whole world about it. Here are some ideas for announcing your new arrival, from the obvious to the bizarre.
By James Tweedie
A Picture Says a Thousand Words
A number of websites, such as Snapfish and Shutterfly, can create personalised stationary and many other items with an image of your choice printed on them. This way, you can send cards or gifts with a photo of you and your newborn on them to all of your friends and relatives. The more expensive sites offer better quality and more personalised items. These products would also make great new baby gifts to the parents.
It Pays to Advertise
Some online companies such as Rattle-n-Roll and Five-Star Baby will create bespoke posters to commemorate your baby’s birth. Rattle-n-Roll specialise in rock concert-style posters with your child’s date of birth presented as their first gig.
Five-Star Baby offer film-style posters with baby as the star and the parents named as producers in the credits. The ‘movie’ will be rated T for twins, B for boy, and G for girl. The standard size for the posters is 6” by 8”, but the firm can blow them up to 20” by 32”. Their clients include Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler, Kristy Swanson, and Paul Stanley from Glam Rock band KISS.
Babynounce also offers small poster-style announcements, along with mock cereal box fronts and magazine covers
Weird and Wonderful
Now we move on to some more unusual ways to announce a new birth.
GooGooGram allows the new parents to record a personal audio message and provide a list of their friends’ and relatives’ phone numbers. The company’s automated service then rings all these numbers and delivers the audio message, rather like those annoying commercial calls that we would all rather not receive.
Japanese culture is the subject of both great fascination ans great misunderstanding in the west. The customs and fashions of Japan are a constant source of amusement and wonder.
The latest trend in baby gift announcements in Tokyo are Dakigokochi – plastic bags of rice equal to the child’s birth weight, formed in the shape of a swaddled infant and printed with a picture of the baby’s face, name, date of birth and other information. The company which produces them offers a staggering one million design and wrapping options.
Dakigokochi are a modern version if the traditional Kotobuki Dawara, made of straw and also filled with rice, which are given at births and weddings to symbolise the cycle of life contained within the rice grains.
Unfortunately Dakigokochi are not available outside of Japan.

Twas the Night Before Christmas
September 15th, 2010 by admin
Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring not even a mouse. All the children were tucked nice and snug in their heads with hopes that their Santa letter would come true when they woke up. Ok, so that’s not exactly how it goes, but that’s how it goes at my house these days.
Ever since we started sending a letter from Santa to each one of our kids in early December, it is all they talk about for the whole month until Christmas morning. They love to open the letters and read about Santa’s preparations in the North Pole. The letters tell about the adventures of the elves and the deer and Santa and his wife.
Each letter is customized with personal information about the child. My kids read the letters over and over and are amazed that Santa knows their names, ages, and the good deeds they have done during the year to put them on the nice list. Sometimes I even slip a little encouragement in there so my kids will improve in certain areas. Something like “make sure you don’t whine when it’s time to do your homework — it’s important to get that done” or whatever.
Sending a personalized Santa letter is a simple tradidion that we love at our house. On Christmas eve, we also call Santa on a service that lets you listen to a message form Santa getting ready to take flight on Christmas Eve. It’s really fun.
